Our favorite things about the home are…everything. The sweet sellers brought some plans from Ballantyne and asked the builder and friend to implement those plans.  Theirs is truly a custom home. You won’t find another floorplan like it in the neighborhood. They’ve really enjoyed the screened porch; eating,  and enjoying drinks.  They have loved entertaining in the house and used to host a lively Mardi Gras party complete with band that marched through the house and serving Cajunfood and libations. They loved having neighbors swim in their pool. The master on main was a must for them.

 

Things we love about the neighborhood are…the people. Over the years, they’ve become family to many of their neighbors. They’ve also enjoyed participating in  Bailewick Book Club, the annual New Year’s party, Saturday night movie nights in the summer outside, Halloween parties and parade, Oktoberfest parties and more.
