“The pool! We loved swimming with the kids and having pool parties all summer long. The pool is saltwater which is so nice and refreshing. Living in the cul-de-sac has been great for the kids too. They can ride their bikes without worry. The home is one of the newest in the neighborhood and we love the cabinets, hardwoods, light fixtures, etc. that the previous homeowner picked out. Oh, and the beautiful shiplap in the bedroom and neat artwork hanger and blackboard in the playroom.”

“We moved to the neighborhood because of the school district. The schools are all A/A+ on the North Carolina schools report card. We love being able to walk to Bisonte pizza, Poppyseed Bagel, the grocery store and look at the Longhorn cows on the way. Also the neighborhood has so many family friendly activities – the daddy/daughter dance, movies on the lawn, Soccer Shots, a crazy Halloween celebration and a very fun pool complete with huge waterslide.”

The proximity to downtown and 1-485 and so many nice, yummy restaurants. The Promenade, the Waverly and Rea Farms are super convenient and have outdoor movie nights, concerts, and great eateries, ice cream shops, boutiques, a Whole Foods and more.
