July 4th is next week and our Bullard Realty Group team has put together a list of fun activities in the Charlotte area for you and your family starting this weekend! Most are free and all are fun! So grab your Red, White & Blue and have a great 4th of July!

Charlotte Symphony Summer Pops Series: Celebrate America this Saturday, July 1 at 5:00 pm at Symphony Park (4400 Sharon Road). Grab your chairs, picnic basket and favorite friends and family and enjoy the last Summer Pops of the year with great music in celebration of America! And there are fireworks afterwards!  Purchase your tickets ($16+) as soon as you can and pick them up at the will call table.

Red, White & Blue Lawn Party at the Ballantyne Hotel this Saturday, July 1 5:30-9:30 (open to the public). They will have live music, food trucks, local NC beer, games & fireworks! Bring your blanket or chairs and dress festively in Red, White & Blue!

Fun Family Fourth of July this Saturday, July 1 at 5:00 pm at Stumptown Park in Matthews (120 S. Trade Street).  Grab your bike, wagon or scooter and bring it to Stumptown Park to decorate and participate in the “People’s Parade.”  Decorating starts at 5:00 and parade is at 5:30.  Concert by “The Entertainers” starts at 7:00.

Fourth of July Festival at U.S. National Whitewater Center July 3-4, 11:00 am – 10:00 pm. Enjoy outdoor activities, live music, yoga and a fireworks display! Play all day and then relax and enjoy the celebration! Lots of places to hang out but bring a blanket or chairs just in case, there’s plenty of lawn space too!

 

WBTV Skyshow @ BB&T Ballpark with the Charlotte Knights July 4, 3:00-7:00 pm. Get your tickets and head uptown to the ballfield for an all-American celebration! Fireworks at the end of the game. Go Knights!

Charlotte Motor Speedway July 4th Fireworks Extravaganza! Gates open at 5:00 and fireworks are at 9:00!

Fourth of July Celebrations & Naturalization Ceremony July 4, 10:00-2:00 pm at The Charlotte Museum of History

And lots of local bars and restaurants are having celebratory events as well. Check local websites for additional information as some information is subject to change.
